The Utility model features the industry standard gable roof. It is available in 8’, 10’, 12‘ and 14’ widths. It comes standard with 6’ walls and can be purchased with the optional extra high 8‘ walls. The 8’ wide model features a single wood door while the larger models include double wood doors.
The Lofted Barn is our most popular storage building. The lofted barn features an overhead loft providing extra storage. It is available in 8’, 10’, 12’ and 14’ widths. The 8’ wide model features a single wood door while the larger models include double wood doors.
The Barn provides a cost-effective storage solution with its classic design. It is available in 8, 10 and 12 widths. Standard features include a single wood door in the 8 wide models and double wood doors in larger models. Need more head room or loft storage? Consider looking at the lofted barn.
The Garage comes standard in 12’ and 14’ widths. The garage package is available in your choice of a utility or lofted barn style roof. All models feature a 9’ x 7’ roll up garage door, one house-style door, and one 2’x 3’window.
The Side Porch is available in 8’, 10’, 12’ and 14’ widths with your choice of a lofted barn or utility style roof. Features for all Side Porch buildings include porch, porch railing, 36‘ 9-lite door, 2-2’x3’ windows, and double doors.
The Playhouse is available in 8’, 10’, 12’ and 14’ widths with your choice of a utility or lofted barn style roof. Features for all Playhouse buildings include a 36’ 9-lite door, 3-2’x3’windows, and a 4’ front porch. The Playhouse is an ideal solution for a small office or children’s playhouse.
The Deluxe Playhouse is available in 12’ and 14’ widths with your choice of a lofted barn or utility style roof. Features for all Deluxe Playhouse buildings include wrap-around porch, raised porch roof, porch railing, 36’ 9-lite door, and 5-2’x3’ windows.

Old Hickory Sheds are built in the United States in 1 of 12 factories spread across Oregon, Washington, California, Montana, Idaho & Wyoming.
Build-on-site: We also offer a build-on-site program if delivery is not an option or a customer needs a customize solution. Build-on-site buildings in Oregon can usually be completed in 2-6 weeks (weather permitting).
Purchases can be made via cash, check or credit card – additionally, we offer a “Rent to Own” program requiring no credit checks, just a small security deposit plus your first months rent (cost is comparable to mini-warehousing rates).
Delivery of Old Hickory Sheds is provided by the dealer via truck and trailer. Delivery is free for the first 30 miles with a per mile fee added after.
Buildings at the sales lot: Can usually be delivered within 5-7 days (weather permitting).
Ordered treated buildings: Can usually be delivered within 10-15 days (weather permitting).
Ordered painted buildings: Can usually be delivered within 15-20 days (weather permitting).
